The Bjarnes Romnes Apartment complex is a public housing initiative in Madison, WI. Currently, the building and site feel dated and do not adequately suit the needs of the surrounding community. This project is a proposal for a new affordable housing community that addresses the present needs of the Madison area. By offering several different housing types and accommodating a variety of lifestyles, this project creates a place where communities can form.
